Zaphod didn't like coming out today, but I had to clean, soooo.....

And finally back home! Right to basking. He is getting so big, but does not like coming out unless it is on his terms! :D

Oh wow, I just realized that today he is 6 months old!!! Thanks for reminding me! :D I guess it was fitting that he got his first hornworms today :rolleyes:. Thanks for the compliment! :)
 
He really did have the I am not happy, I am stomping off look. Personality that boy. Glad you quit being mean and let him back in his cage. Sad the way you were mistreating him.;)
 
Hey, come on, I had to clean the POOP! Its amazing where it gets!!! I had him locked in the guest bathroom on an artificial tree, and checked on him constantly, and when I went to get him, he had pooped out a doosie and was walking around behind the toilet! :eek: No free-ranging for him :D.
 
Congrats!!!! His coloration looks great. If he was stressed he would be darker brown coloration. He is a strong male displaying his bright vivid colors. Truly awesome!! Keep posting pics on his development!!!
 
Thanks! And no, I don't think he was stressed, just Pissed! Never really see this much color on him, but he is just about at the right age. I agree, he is just letting me know who is boss! :p
 
Now you are not happy and he pooped in the bathroom? What do you want from him? That he learn to lift the lid? Poor abused cham.:(

Why not? All of my cats do, even the one who is missing a limb! I don't think it is too much to ask! We give him everything and this is how he repays us. I think he's just spoiled :mad:.

He managed to hold it until he got out of his territory. Why mess where you sleep anyway? Actually I found one way to get a pent-up cham to go was to let them out in the house. The excitement/anxiety, spurt of exercise, and exposure to bright full sun in a window really loosens things up.

In some ways the same thing :) Life without stress is impossible even for us though.....and if there were no evolutionary stress on lizards they wouldn't have such amazing little feet....He looks great by the way, nice pics :)
