I first would like to apologize for all the people who have tried to contact me the last couple of months and was unable. Due to my sister's deterioting health, i spent quite a bit of time with her and was not able to have much free time. Unfortunatley she lost her battle with cancer last week so i am back home and you will probably be seeing me again on the forum. Again i apologize.

sorry to hear that chamlover.

i lost my mother to cancer 2 years ago, my condolences .

and welcome back.

Why appologize?

Geez, no appology needed! I'm so sorry for your loss. It's wonderful that you could be there for her. I'm sure it made all the difference to her and it will to you too as the years go by. Welcome back :) Catherine

Thanks for all the replies!!!Now i know why i missed being on the forum so much, such GREAT people. And by the way, my CHAMS will cheer me up. For those of you who remember Tasha who went 4 weeks eggbound and then eventually died during the second egglaying (and we removed the eggs) they finally hatched!!! There is a Tasha 2 and also Sasha's eggs have hatched so i have about 30-40 babies keeping me very busy and very happy. God i love these guys. For anyone interested we will be at the Long Island show this coming weekend.

Hi Debbie!

I was wondering what happened to you and all.
Sorry to hear about your sister. But, welcome back!

Most of them are too young right now to tell if they are female or male but i have about 10 from Tasha and i figure the odds are at least one of them has to be a female, right? I had 2 from the other clutch that hatched 2 months before all the others so i know i had 1 male and 1 female fromt that clutch. i will post pics of the babies next week.

So sorry to hear about your loss. My cousin just lost her 8 year old son to brain cancer. :(

chamlover I'm very sorry about your sister. I'm sure she enjoyed every minute of your company. No need to apologize, family comes first.

Nice to have met you.

Welcome back. It sounds like you've gone through a pretty tough time. I am so sorry for your loss. My mother-in-law passed away 2 weeks ago. She died with all her family around her. It was a very spiritual moment watching her leave her body. She had been struggling with poor health for about 18 months. It was good (and so hard at the same time)seeing the peace finally come over her. May peace also be with you and your family.

But now you've got new arrivals that need you. Life is amazing isn't it.

Lille, I'm so sorry for your loss also. It is so much more difficult (and hard to understand), when it is someone so young.

You will also be in my thoughts tonight.
