How do I put pics on the forums?

If you go to 'post reply' at the bottom left of the posts on a thread you can then click 'manage attachments' and upload pictures from your computer or from a URL, that's probably the easiest way. Another way is just to host it somewhere like imgur.com and post a link to it.
