Eric you are not pressing them hard enough. I used to work there. If it is late even because of weater they will refund the shipping cost. I have had them refund money because a cham showed up at 1120 instead of 10:30.

It's not me - it's my father. He's worked with UPS for many decades. He repairs construction lasers. They wont' refund a thing over here!

OK-they just arrived and all seem OK. One laid eggs in the container, but they are very yellow. The others appear to be gravid.

Ordered early thursday, so they should have been shipped thursday for friday arrival, I called him left a voicemail, and sent an email, but no reply, im guessing he is really busy?

Did you order them ground? Look for them today before 1-if you send messages he will get back with you...Did you get a UPS tracking # sent to you? If not I am thinking he did not ship them.

ALl i got was a recipt from paypal saying my payment was recieved. Ive been sitting on my porch since yesterday at 8 waiting to tackle the UPS man, haha.

No he does. I just got him at a bad time. When i ordered i did not realize that he was probally packing to drive 10+ hours to a reptile show in South Carolina...

FL Chams website says they ship UPS from Monday - Wednesday. As most breeders do, I also believe this is UPS Policy when shipping live animals. So If an animal was shipped out on Wednesday and there was a delay with the shipment. It would still arrive by friday, as opposed to it sitting in a box over the weekend. So if you ordered your chams thursday morning they won't be shipped until monday unless Mike specifically said he would ship them that day. People need to pay more attention to the terms of sale/shipping instead of pointing the finger at the breeder as if they don't care about their customers or their animals.

We ship exclusively with UPS via Next Day Air for all of our live animals. Our Shipping Schedule is Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday deliveries. Shipping Fees usually stay the same when purchasing multiple animals depending on the size of the animals.
