Identity crisis - hermaphrodite!

S/he was bought as a male from Franken Chams. However, upon consulting with other breeders, there's a 50/50 chance of either sex. The colors are male, butthe body is female. So, what do YOU think? S/he was hatched August 13th. S/he is an ambilobe.

Also, Jay (the breeder) GUARANTEED this was a male and was in no doubt a female. When I mentioned a refund or something he simply kept stating that it was a male. We are no longer in contact. I later learned he sold the wrong sex to three other people.

I think it just looks like a little female. The colors and face are pretty classically female as well.

How old is he supposed to be?

Agree with Olimpia. The tail base is clearly a female, and I do not see "male colors".

Female. Those are not male colors. Male colors would not have the pastels along the spine and there would be a clear hemipenal bulge.
