I see no occipital lobes which would be the main difference between C. Senegaensis and C. Gracilis (*Edit: Other than the size and coloration of adults Gracilis is larger and the coloration is slightly different). These are C. Senegalensis unless the camera angle is very good about hiding the occipital lobes. I have been recently "Schooled" by Trace on how to tell them apart so I am fairly confident I am correct here. I can find a link where Trace and Chris Anderson weigh in on IDing these little gems if you want.
And Camimom is right, those black dots indicate stress.
In my opinion these are awesome Chameleons, but I own one and might be biased.
