ID the sex?

'Lo all,

Recent behavior has led me to question the sex of this 1 year old Nosy Be. It's gone off feed for about a week and has started roaming the floor of the 24x48 cage.
Thoughts?

You can definitely see a define bulge in the tail. 100% male :) He may have just grown tired of whatever you're feeding him.

Thanks all - been doing this stuff for a while - I am no novice. I've tried crickets, mealworms, superworms, waxworms, reptiworms, and stinkbugs.

My other guy takes most of the above readily.

Guess I'll get my hands on some roaches.

Did he happen to see a female lately? I've seen this happen after a male sees a female for the first time and they become focused on getting out and finding her.

No, no females around.

He did get a new cage and new environment. But, he's eaten since that.

Very friendly guy, too - I open the cage and he comes running. Practically jumps on me.

Maybe he is just getting acclimated to his new cage. He could also be at that age where he naturally wants to find a female so he is on the hunt.
