ID Spiny Tailed Iguana

I'm dreaming for an iguana to join my collection for several months. My previous phelsuma supplier is offering me following spiny tailed iguana.

Since this is a baby, I would like to ask if anybody can help me identify it's actual scientific name and sub-species.
