I think these hornworms out grew my cham

So i bought a container of hornworms earlier this week the problem is they look very big and i dont know if it would be smart to feed them to my chameleon. Here are som pics below (my cham is currently 9 months)

as long as the hornworm is not thicker than the space between your chams eyes, he can eat them.
 
You still dont have enoguh plants in there.

He needs to be hidden.

I agree, he needs more foliage up top where he is hanging out in that pic. Here's a pic of my cage to give you an idea of what I mean. I still could use a little more up top.

Thats a beautiful set up i will be in search of another plant ive been told ponthos are pretty good. All the ficus ive looked into are way too huge for his cage

I wish I could find a bigger ficus, if you look at that pic, you can see that I have to have it on a little bucket because it's too short.
 
When you get hornworms you should order smalls. then when they are approaching the size you feel comfortable with you can start putting them in the refrigerator for a day in and a day out to slow their growth. They can go from babies to full grown in a weeks time.

he should be able to eat those. But you can give one and see how he does. You will be able to tell if he has a hard time or not.
