i need a larger tree soon

which one should i get for my panther, jasmine tree or mulberry tree?

Are these for an inside cage? I don't know if either will live up well if that's the case. I tried jasmine and it didn't do well, and I have lots of additional lighting to keep plants alive, but it just didn't like it. I don't know about mulberry, but it might be the same thing. If it's for outside, go for your favorite. If you use hornworms though, you'd have the added benefit of being able to feed them their favorite food right from your cage, which is convenient.
