I lost a friend.

I know strictly speaking this is for chameleons and I'm breaking the rules but I lost a friend- a human friend- this week, I wanted to post this picture she painted of my chameleon, she was a keen artist and would always be sketching.
I love this picture so much and it captures my boy perfectly - I love him dearly so the picture is doubly special, I didnt know her very well and wished I had , and that I had done more but now it is too late.
I'm no stranger to the immense pain of losing an animal but I have never lost anyone human I cared about so this is a first - and tough- so tough.
So RIP L. and thanks for the memories.
