Well she's a fully aquatic frog. I would not know about other species/non aquatic, but I can say she is pretty low maintenance and doesn't stink or anything.

JMHO-- Frogs all poop and if the owner does not clean the water/dirt/substrate they can stink. I clean my White Tree Frogs and Yellow Spotted Toads daily and if I see a tootsie roll it is remove immediately.
What kind of frog were you planning on getting? It might be easier to start a personal conversation for more info..
Also, what kind of frogs are available where you live or can get your hands on? There are many froggie people here that can help.
Here is a great place to get some wonderful info..... https://www.frogforum.net/content.php

Here is some info if your going to collect yourself ..... https://www.inaturalist.org/guides/8215 my choice would be Green or common toad. But we all have our own interests (y) .

Also if your into the aquatic frogs- I would love to help in that category too.. I have had African Clawed Frogs, Dwarf ACF, Pipa Parva (dwarf Surinam frog), and the Giant Pipa Pipa (Surinam frog).. Those would all require a really good aquarium/pond set-up if your anting easy maintenance.
Creepy breeding.

Sorry if these are re-shares..

Omg! So after starting a small hobby breeding reptiles with my best friend, we have...... drum roll please

1 chameleon
22 bearded dragons
1 clutch of dragon eggs incubating
4 Chinese cave geckos
4 crested geckos
4 axolotls
Colonies of different isopods
4 aquariums with various fish (probably like 30-40 diff fish: tropical/ cold water)
1 corn snake
1 African dwarf frog

And a small green house of plants!

But !! I wouldn't have it any other way! I actually find the parts most hate, i.e. cleaning tanks to be very therapeutic! Lol. Of course the set ups for all these animals cost a good thousands of dollars and don't get me started on exotic vet bills! 😂🤪🤪🤪😂

Awesome! Your variety is great. I picked up on the "cleaning tanks to be very therapeutic!". I felt the same way and started a tank cleaning service back in 95 (short lived do to military moves). It was one of the most rewarding (getting paid) jobs I had, and very-very-very good in the $$$$$ department. I enjoy most indoor / tank / type cleaning--- not into the horses, cows, pig stuff. But if Chameleons were as big as a horse, I would do it. From a distance of course.(y)
Thanks for sharing! Funny how others having many critters makes me feel validated and not the odd ball out.

They have a mild venom that can be very irritating to some people. They have rear fangs so to envenomate you they kind of need to chew on you. Luckily I don’t have any reaction to it but some people get swollen fingers because of it if they get bitten.
Check out the video on Youtube from Exotic lair, his hognose bit his friend and it did some damage
