I knew you meant you got the fine vermiculite.
You just don't want to have the container dry out because it has holes. Is your container airtight?

It's a smaller plastic sterlite container with a lid. It will fit a pair of ladies shoes. I believe it's a 5 quart. I'm not sure if the lid fits super air tight. I inserted a pic to show give you a better idea of what I'm talking about. I don't need to worry about mold growing in there?

Well , I got the everything ready to transfer the eggs, turns out there were only 8. I thought they laid a lot more than that. Sadly 3 for sure were no good. 2 are iffy and 3 look good.
