i have a veiled chameleon

i bought him at a expo so i say he around 5 months roughly,yesterday night i notice a little brown dot on his back left leg i touched it and it didnt feel hard or did it seem to hurt him, but i'm concern i dust the cricket all around vitamin everyday and d3 once a month should i give him more d3.also for his lighting he has an 5.0 and a 2.0 and a daylight basking that i turn on for just a few a hrs at noon .idk if you guys can see the dot but its in that area

that picture is too blurry to make out the thing you are talking about.

you should be using a calcium without d3 every feeding, a calcium with d3 twice a month,and a multivitamin twice a month.

basking and uvb bulbs should be on for 12 hours a day.
basking temps shouldbe around 83-85.

and you dont need the 2.0 uvb bulb.

Keep in mine chameleons do change color at that age it tends. To be spots or stripes that lighten or darken..
