So there are tyese people where I live who uave a veiled tgey keep outside all the time in it's encloser. It is not fed properly or taken care of. It has been reported no one has shown up yet. Also it is turning white what does the color change mean? Thank you.

I'm not quite sure what you want from us.. Lots of people keep chameleons outside. How do you know its feeding schedule?

White is an unusual color for most (but not all) chameleons, which may indicate a health issue. Hard to say without pictures

I do not know about the feeding just got a call from their neighbor because she goes and feeds it. Guess I'll just go talk to them.
