I feel terrible

I was getting my baby cham out to show my grandma, since she couldnt walk to the cage. He decided he wanted to just drop. He fell to the bottom. About twice. And now he has this wierd black spot on him. Im about to stab myself, I feel so terrible.... Atleast he Is green now.. Ughh..DX
So im wondering, is he going to be ok? What do I do??? DX Im about to cry.. Poor little guy.

Take a pic, but it is probably a bruise. if he is still acting normally, eating and rinking, he will probab ly be fine.

Most likely a bruise. It'll take a good while to heal but it shouldn't be much of a problem. Babies are meant to fall to get away from predators so falling a few feet won't do much if any damage IMO

BTW, when my cham got a bruise, I gave him a shower everday and i feel it helped heal him faster.

Could be a bruise (as mentioned above) or it might be stress patterns, often dropping is a defense mechanism. Hows his grip? Did he seemingly drop on purpose or was it lack of balance/ grip ?

if they are healthy they can take a fall pretty well, just watch him for any signs of injury (internal or external) or odd behavior.
