Any tips on hunting for Jackson’s in the wild?

Day or night? I heard that when they sleep they do not camouflage? Not sure if this is correct.

How high in the trees should I be looking?

Any type of trees?

Where are you located? Jacksons can only be found in hawaii, CA, and (I think) FL and only in certain specific areas.

Daytime Tip: Look on golf course edges after a daytime rain shower in areas where their known to be on Hawaiian islands. They usually move out of the bushes to dry off and sun themselves after a bath. Making them quite visable at times.

Nighttime Tip: Found in areas that might get you in trouble for trespassing on the islands at night. Wait for local pet shop to open in the morning and purchase for 35.00 bucks.
