My chameleons enclosure is having a bit of an issue with keeping it humidity up for the past 2 days. I have a real ficus plant and a bamboo plant, some fake leaves, some bamboo sticks, and other random sticks. I spray about 2 to 3 times a day and it still doesnt go over 55 but in the last few days sense i noticed it not staying up i have sprayed alot more.

So what I'm asking is there something i could do or change???

You can cover the sides with plastic/shower curtain/choroplast.

What type of chameleon?

What type of hygrometer are you using?

Its a glass cage, a veiled chameleon, a exo terra hydrometer.

yeah i need help with mine also my level is around 45 and i have a combo cage with 1 glass side but i covered half of my screen sides with plastic hopefully it will go up and i have a baby veiled

You can get a reptifogger from any big store petco , amazon, etc.

also you can get a pothos in there they hold water really well that should bump up your humidity a little bit

I'm sure you've heard this before but glass enclosures are very bad for chams. They will prevent airflow and stagnant water, and the chameleon can see himself in the reflection which will stress him out when he reaches maturity. So get a screen enclosure, do what SolidSnake suggested, mist 3-6 times a day or get an auto-mister. I live at 10% humidity so I REALLY have a struggle. I run a fogger and a mister, and mist every once and a while when it gets below 50%.

Yes i have heard about glass cages but my dad bought it and he raised his is a glass for a while and then went to screen. I definately plan of buying or building a screen cage when he gets bigger. He is 9 months old and only the size of my index finger so... I am taking him to the vet this next week so hopefully i can find out why he is cause when i first got him he did have a eating issue now he doesn't. He has never had an issue with him cage as of reflection.

Something tells me your guy isn't' 9 months...

I Got him in mid October and i apparently bnought him at 2 months on flchams. He had some eating issues when he was younger but that has been resolved. He has shedded 5 times.
