I have a 16x16x30 reptibreeze screen enclosure. Would it be ok to get a clear shower curtain and put it around the back and both sides to retain humidity? Would the top and front being uncovered allow enough airflow?

Sounds like a good idea. Remember to check your temps after you add the shower curtain as they could increase slightly.

I have done that exact thing, except with a plastic painter's dropcloth. The method works very well for me.

Nothing wrong with that, I do the same with plastic helps keep a lot of humidity inside . pictures attached.
