So beyond the automated sprayers I have for my cages how can I lift humidity in my room? I just bought a really nice humidifier and over the last 4 hours it's gone up 1% from 29 to 30% in the room. Cages once the water dries will have something around what room humidity is a presume. How can I get it higher? I believe I read panthers need between 50-80%. How big of a factor is this?

What is your automated misting schedule like? How many times a day and for how long? Panthers will still live fairly comfortable with humidity in the 50's and most will tell you on here that it is Okay for humidity to fluctuate. You can add live plants to the cage or around the cage to increase humidity. Also, make sure your cage is not located near an air vent as this will also make maintaining humidity difficult.

Probably not, and I am sure a lot has to do with where you live in the world. My average room humidity is about 45%. I'm going to add a live plant and wrap parts of the cage with a shower curtain to hopefully maintain a decent humidity level. All in all though, I think you're fine having an automated mister. I'm content with a spray bottle and dripper.
Panthers don't need high humidity, when your water system turns on it will spike, and then lower to the regular room humidity.
If you had Montane species I would be concerned about raising the humidity, but not with Panthers.

I have stopped chasing humidity for my panthers, my room humidity per my digital hydrometer is always at 10-20%, when the automatic mister turns on, it mists for around 20-30 seconds, the humidity inside the cage goes up to 40-80% depending on the weather outside, this doesnt last long tough, it goes down fairly rapidly back to the 10-20%, also i let them free roam outside so they can get some sun and they dont miss beign loocked up in a humid cage, lol

Right now in WI the humidity is low. I can keep my cage around 40% but I went with wood on 3 sides. I knew I needed something different from the screen cages in my state. So with just screen on the top and front I have been able to hold temp and humidity very well. I also have a warm mist humidifier in the room as well. But I also have a reptile that needs humidity around 70% so in winter I'm always chasing this issue. I just watch the weather for the parts of the world they are from see the changes in seasons and go by that. So I don't panic as much as I use to.
