Humidity Question

I should be getting my monsoon and lights in the mail today for my set up, Ive got an exo-terra glass terrarium 18x18x24 and eventually it will house a baby veiled. It's been really humid outside and the gauge reads about 60% humidity with just a pothos sitting in there with no mist. My question is, is it ok if the humidity goes above 75% or so when misting as long as the cage dries between misting? I don't want him to get an RI..

I've attached a pic of the cage, keep in mind it's not finished =)

Yes the higher humidity will be fine so long as there are dry periods between mistings. I wouldn't go too much higher though, as baby Veiled's are a lot more ok with higher humidity than adults.

Oh and if you are having trouble with keeping the humidity down a little, or the cage isn't drying out fast enough, you can do less mistings and install a drip system.

Ok, I might have to do that for summer and up the mist system for winter. It's super dry in here in the winter, humidity gauge read 5% or less lol
Thanks!
