What's a way to bring up humidity, my Guage always reads around 20%, but she seems to do fine. I don't have 100$ to go spend on humidifiers and auto misters so I need a different way to bring it up

It encloses the cage, that will keep the water from drying up as quickly.
When you say, its at 20% when? It does not need to be constantly high all day long (depending on your species of cham). You just need spikes of highs then dry out in between.
I would do your best to save up for a Mister. The chameleons cage needs to be misted multiple times per day. If you have a job or go to school, in the day you will not be able to maintain that. Furthermore you wont want to soon.

Have you thought about getting one of those indoor/outdoor digital temperature/humidity readers? I have one that sits right next to my cage and accurately displays both relative humidity and temperature. I've even checked it with my local weather station and it's within a few degrees.

I covered two sides of my cage, and use a Vicks cool Mist Humidifier, with a hose added to the spout, to blow into the cage. But this is my first cham, so once he needs a bigger cage, I will most likely buy a Mistking.
