How / when should I help my Cham shed?

so I’ve had Cami now for a week, and she shed three days in. However she still had two spots near her belly that she hasn’t finished shedding yet.
At what point should I step in and assist?
And how? Do I place her in a tub with 1/2 inch of water or increase humidity?

I agree, leave it be. Some people advocate spraying them or soaking them in water but I find that all that does is return elasticity to the skin making it harder for your Cham to get it off on her own.

Leave it be unless it's on legs or tail where it could cause problems if there's a buildup of multiple layers shed...

But especially when they're young they should fully shed very quickly so if sje doesn't shed properly you may want to review husbandry.

My 7 mos old mail will shed 90% within 2 days with a few stragglers of skin the next couple of days, he always get then rubbed of on his own
