What kind of chameleon are we talking about? Part of it is an age question and that depends on the type of chameleon. Another part is the physical condition of the female. Is she parasite free? Is she reasonably filled out and healthy looking? She needs to have some stored fat resources (not obese) to carry her through. Is she eating and drinking properly? You need to have all health issues resolved before breeding. Then you can introduce her to a male and see if she is receptive. It's pretty easy to figure that out once you see her reaction. If she's not ready she will let you and the male know. So please let us know what type of cham you are asking about....
its a veiled chameleon...the only problem is that the male is a couple inches smaller than the female...she looks really healthy to me she is eating a lot of crickets and butterworms, i saw her poop today and looks normal smells bad tho lol...
eyes look good, very active, colors get dark wen shes mad wen i pick her up
but after a couple minutes bright green it iss... what do u think thanks
