how to keep small super worms/ gut load

just wondering do keep super worms in their cup that came from store /w saw dust or can i put worms in another container? and how to gut load is it same as crickets. thanks ronnie

I dump mine in a plastic bin. Then again, I use plastic bins for everything!!!! . I use a mixture of oatmeal and dry cricket food for substrate and feed a small plate of fruit and veg as well.
