How to house Zophobas and wax worms?

dry oatmeal
wheat bran
Cheerios
dog food(no no for dubia)
alfalfa
alittle powdered milk
yeast flakes
barley flakes
kelpt powder
bee pollen

Thats my current gutload. I just keep them in a open container(one gallon plastic icecream tub) with a 2" layer of the mix. If i cover the container or put a paper towel over them, the moisture turns the whole thing into a giant oatmeal cookie.

I also throw in apple cores, baby carrots, and oranges.

If you're using dino fuel don't worry about anything else. T. Kilgour got everything they need in it. It may cost a little extra, but it makes life all the easier and so much better for your cham. I just added phoenix worms to the diet for any type of calcium requirements. Other than that I mix in bug burger every now and then just because it's so much cheaper and goes a long way for feeding and hydrating.

Oops I didn't realize the types of feeders you were talking about. I'm not a pro with those two, but dino fuel covering a potato usually gets DESTROYED by everything I give it to. I figure if it's good enough for my cham it has to be good enough for any of my feeders.
