How to hold your chameleon

So iv seen videos on how to care for feed ect your veiled chameleon but none on how to actually hold your Chameleon
but my question is how do you pick your veiled chameleon up without hurting it ? durning cage cleaning ect ?

Either you wait until they are comfortable with you to climb right into your hand..... or you can try picking them up from under neat and they will eventually let go of the branches..... or you can try putting a branch or a plant in there and lure them onto it... with food.

take their favorite food (super worm looks very well) and put it into a cup. attract your cham's attention and ultimately lure it onto your hand. you might have to fast your chameleon for a day if it's the first time though
