How to find the sex of a graceful chameleon?

I've just moved from UK to work in Ghana, when i was at uk i once owned a yemen chameleon and it was the most fascinating pet i've ever owned. Im now in tamale, Ghana and i've recently found myself a graceful chameleon.

My question is how do i find out the sex of the chameleon? they are not the same as yemen in which u can tell by the size of their crest.

As far as I know only Chamaeleo senegalensis live in Ghana. gracefuls (Chamaeleo gracilis) don't live their.

Normally the males from senegalensis can have a well developed hemipenis.

In my experience, its not hard to tell the sexes by looking at the base of the tail in gracefuls.
