I posted in a different section about worrying about my cham maybe not eating enough with free range feeding after finding several dead crickets while cleaning out his cage and was told cup feeding may be the best option. I have a plastic disposable cup in his cage, exactly like one i found a cham breeder site. it's not clear but it is I guess frosted looking. However he will not eat out of it. how can I get him to eat the crickets out of there?

Put it near a spot he frequents, such as basking spot. Put it under neath of him so he can see into it. Put feeders free range, and in the cup until he catches on.

Thank you both! I guess I will make mine larger. I thought it would scare him. I will try the half gallon milk bottles that are long and skinny and put it near his basking spot. i have seen that on photos before. He can see them in the cup but I think he was too scared to go over there, he stayed away from that whole area.
