What are they, when were they laid and what is the medium they are in?
August 20th and veiled, I didn't have hatch rite so I made some soil out of the medium from the lay bin with aquarium rocks under neith so I could pour water into the bottem for humidity

There is a reason that people use things like vermiculite, perlite or commercial hatching medium and it has to do with bacteria, fungus and other pathogens. Go buy some vermiculite and mix it up properly and carefully transfer them. Wash your hands and try not to touch the eggs. I use steel spoons to do any moving of eggs.

So far they look okay.
I just hatched out a clutch of T.q.quadricornis that I thought Ii would be lucky of five out of the 24 eggs laid would hatch. They were small and round and hadn't grown at all during incubation. They were very well calcified and bright white so I left them. A very experienced chameleon keeper looked at them and thought the same thing. Every single one hatched and the clutch is very vigorous.
Below are pictures of another clutch that suprised me by hatching. The female had a clutch that was almost three times the normal number of eggs so she was not physically able to produce enough calcium to properly make the eggs. Babies all hatched just fine.
Bottom line, you can't tell until the actually hatch or go bad.
