How old is my veiled

I am trying to figure out how old my female veiled chameleon is I was thinking around 8 months but I could be wrong

Welcome to the forums. She could be 8 months but I'd say closer to six. I keep veileds and they show so much personality. Do you have a laying bin for her? The girls lay eggs without a male even being around and it is recommended to keep a laying bin I the enclosure at all times. no i don't but what should be in the box? if she lays eggs without males there not fertilized right?


The video and links above will tell you how to make a laying bin. I used sand in mine. If not mated the eggs will be infertile. The other links will tell you how to keep your girl from laying infertile eggs or at least keep the clutch small.
