I cant get them into any type of screened housing until Wednesday will they surive in the tubberware containers till then? My Husband is away for business and wont be back till end of next week and I want him to be able to see them.

oh. the lid has holes galore in it and cause i dont want crickets everywhere! even though i am going to break their legs ( the crickets not lizards. )

For babies I use containers that are at least 12" tall with no lid. If these are your newborns, you will be using newborn crickets, so they will not be able to jump out of a tub that tall. You could also put the crickets in a shallow container in the center of the tub with lots of branches around and the babies can eat them that way.
