How old are your chameleons?

Life expectancy....?

I was reading online about the life expectancy of chameleons of course different species have different life spans, but I was wondering how many of you have some really old chameleons and what are their age and type of chameleon....?

My oldest cham (that I know of) is our male Nosy Be panther, Nano, who is 5 1/2. Two of my Meller's are WC so I on't know how how old they are, but I have a feeling that one of them is pretty old.

Several members have had veileds to live to be over 7.

When I was living in the UAE, I had a male live about 8 years. He was HUGE when he passed. I'd say about 25''- 26''.

At least small species like thamnobates could live very long. There's a documented case here in which a thamnobates male live longer than 7 years !
