How often to replace Arcadia UVB?

Ive heard differing things, 3 months, 6 months? Thought?
The packaging says 1 year but I know thats incorrect

Arcadia is at one year, Zoo Med is earlier. Though the best practice is using a calibrated Solarmeter 6.5

Arcadia is 12 months. Zoomed is 9 months.

Without having a meter, on average they are good for atleast a year. Reptisun are good for atleast 6 month.
