How often should i dust with calcium, vitamins and minerals?

I know this is a very, very common question, but i still havent gotten the specifics about my situation. Well anyway, i bought my 6 month old chameleon panther from kammerflage kameleons and they gave me Rep Cals calcium and herptivite and also miner-all from sticky tounges. Now, how do I go about dusting the crickets?

lets say you feed 6 times a week, calcium can be used 3 or 4 times, vitamins 1-2 a months

Well instead of going with blind instructions from "ladies man" here...

Why not call up Ed or Liddy Kammer and ask them what they recomend using these three sources, as I am pretty sure that if they are selling it in a combination, then surely they have experience using the three all together.
