How often should I dust using Repashy-Supercal HyD?

Hey guys, the title says it all! How often should I dust my insects using Repashy-Supercal HyD.
I know you should dust with calcium every day, multivitamin powder twice a month and Calcium w/ D3 twice a month. Is Repashy-Supercal HyD the same thing as Calcium w/ D3? No where on the packaging does it say D3 so I'm a little confused. I apologize if this seems like a stupid question =/

Thanks so much David! I'll have to zip on over to the store and pick up some calcium only then. I was doing the D3 around once a week, so I'll cut that back down to only once every two weeks. And thank you for your comment on his setup! He'll definitely get a few more climbing branches next time I'm out then.
