How often does your cham shed?

My cham is now 8 months old and he seems to be sheding every 2 weeks is this ok????

He must be growing fast. He will shed less as he gets older.

he is growing like a monster!!! glad to hear his shedding will slow down he looks like a walking mummy every 2 weeks! i will get a pic of him this week and post. i know so many people have said not to handle him but he doesnt seem the least bit stressed when i put my hand in to him, he just climbs on me. although im sure this will change as he gets older.

You may get lucky and have a friendly chameleon. Mine is 18 months old now and she still loves to come out and doesn't mind being handled! I make sure that it's on her terms though, and if she wants to come out that's fine. Sometimes she doesn't give me a choice and legs it up my arm before I can stop her!

My male veiled Luie is almost 2 years old and he's VERY friendly.......he's always been friendly.

My male panther (going on 4 years old) is also very friendly. He shed pretty much monthly when young and growing; as an adult, it's much more sporadic, and not all at once - the feet will shed, then half a month later the tail, then two months later the flanks...

yeah about 2 times a mouth seems to be pretty common, this goes from my chameleon at home, and the 6 we have had at work. normally about every 2 weeks.

my boy is 2 years and still sheds monthly, when he was little it was every other week as well. "walking mummy" i like that

my vieled hates me .... put my hand in and wham he starts striking at me... i just used a green glove to try and get him out but as soon as i put my hand in he turned WHITE??? what does this mean?
