How Often Do Chams Shed?

I read that veiled chams gain more color after every shed. I was wondering how often these chameleons shed? I also read that using a humidifer during this process will greatly help the shedding process and speed it up ( Correct me if im wrong)?

Juveniles (3-6 months old) will shed as soon as 3 weeks. As they reach maturity you'll notice sheds that are 1.5 - 3 months apart. %50~%60 Humidity will help shedding process as well as misting several times a day. One shall never attempt to peel the skin off.
