How much can I feed him?

Hi, I bought a Panther chameleon (Ambilobe red) last week at an expo.
He's 8 months old, how much can/should I feed him? I've heard that it's more common for people to overfeed their chameleons then that they starve.

I feed him with a different insects, small dubias, crickets, zophobas and meal worms.

Don't really limit him.

It's NOT true that people overfeed more than starve. In fact, LOTS of people come here saying they feed only 1 cricket a day!

I would offer whatever food you have and just feed him until he seems not interested anymore. Then feed him around that amount every day.

I feed mine every other day (adult veiled doesn't eat every day) around 4-5 dubia roaches. He lets me know when he's done because he will not interact with me unless I have food lol.
