... should I feed molly every other day? I've been giving her two supers plus a few phoenix worms.

phoenix worms, crickets (she hates them though), frutis, veggies, hibiscus... Thats it really.

I would be concerned about the amount of fat in a diet based primarily on larva/maggots.

I think you are doing fine with Molly. Allot of members don't know your background with Molly and do not realize that you have to force feed her.

Oh I missunderstood, thinking her not liking them meant she didnt eat them. Glad she does eat the crickets too.

edit: just read jannb's post. And its true - I didnt know you were force feeding.
