How many roaches to feed

How many medium dubia roaches should I feed my 5 mo panther chameleon

I feed 2-3 3/4" roaches daily. I recommend keeping an eye on his over all body mass, how long he is basking for and poop size then adjust his feeding for a health weight and lifestyle. As they get older you can start cutting down of food.
