How many reptisun 5.0 per enclosure?

So I got my first panther chams(male sired by honcho at cham co and female sired by anubis jr at cham co) after wanting them for quite some time at the end of july. I have kept them outside except for a few days recently. I am wondering how many reptisun 5.0's I need per enclosure and how many would be too many. I currently have a double t8 fixture(holds two bulbs... lol) with two 36's that run across the top of my two cages. The fixture/lights go completely across both enclosures. I recently acquired three more females(ranging in age from 6mo to 14mo) and have a nearly 14mo CH male(Male 412 from their "Adult ambilobe $175" ad on kingsnake)coming from cham co this thursday. He is gorgeous. I just want to make sure i don't have too much or too little UVB on them because as i said i ahd them outside and they were thriving. So original question How many minimum/maximum/ideal reptisun 5.0 atop each cage? Thanks.

If you have a double fixture, just stick a plant grow light in the second slot. You can get them at Home Depot for cheap. They add some spectrum and are good for the plants.

Alright cool. thanks for letting me know. That works out better for me. I really didn't want to have to drop the cash for another 4 reptisun. Now i only need two. And yes it is a littler cooler here now. It's been lwoer to mid 70's outisde lately and sunny, I just use a 150watt ceramic heater to keep the cages warmer. the 3 sheet covered sides keep the heat in well.

Has anyone ever used aq 400watt high pressure sodium plant grow light to light a chameleon room? they put off enough light to fill a room and keep all the plants room. They never negatively affected my painted waxy monkey frogs. I just want to make sure it doesn't hurt the Chams eyes.

HPS is not a good light for chams, if it has a switchable ballast use a metal halide in 6500k range.

Alright. It does have the switchable ballast. Ill have to get the 6500k metal halide. Thanks for all your guys help. I just don't want to have to put another individual light atop the cages since i already have teh uvb's, the plant light, and the basking bulbs/ceramic heaters(depending on the cage).
