How many plants is too many?

I was just wondering how many plants is too many for 1 enclosure? Right now both Ringo and Starr have 4 plants each. Ringo has 2 pothos, umbrella tree and a Ficus tree. Starr has 2 pothos and 2 umbrella trees. I read something this morning about you need something like 3-4 house plants per 800 sq. Ft and I'm thinking about getting a couple more. The enclosures have plenty of bottom cover but not enough top cover. Plus the fact that the plants are still rather really small so idk what to really do.

As long as the chameleons can still move around (and I'm sure yours can), then there's not really such a thing as too many plants. They'll love the foliage and hiding places!

You can buy a plant stabd and raise up some of the plants so some are much taller. You can get them at any gardening center.
