How many flies for my little guy?

Hi all!

Today I started to give me little guy flies instead of fruit flies. My only concern is how many should I feed him? 3 each time? or more? I know he won't overeat but, I just don't want to leave them in the cage and let them invade him

Are you feeding house flies or bluebottles?

Thank you They are just common house flies that I bought(small ones), appropriate size for him ofc

And I haven't weight him.

Actually chams do have a tendency to overeat because they don't know how often they will see food. How big are the flies? Pics compared to him would help. He could eat a little more just because of how small he is.

Thanks for the correction , i've red that they can't overeat, but they didn't say any reason why not so I trust you

I will start to give him about 3 tomorrow morning, and then 1 more etc. and try to figure out about how many. Will post another pic tomorrow of the flies (they are just so fast so I will try my best )
