i hear a lot of conflicting info here.

so far ive put about 6-7 good size crickets in his feeder cup every day. he eats them in 2 or 3 stages not all at once.

is this enough every day or shall i increase/decrease this.

also ive read alot about feeding them every other day?

i have a big order of dubias, locusts and wax worms to suppliment his diet with arriving tomorrow too

whats best?

We really need to see a picture before we can tell you how much to feed. If he's shinny you will want to offer him more feeders. A healthy normal weight, one year old male veiled, I would feed every 2 to 3 days. He's going to need a vareity and wax worms aren't the best worms...too fatty. I'd buy some superworm, silkworms or hornworms.

i'll try to get some pics up but he tends to puff up when i go near him with a camera so its not a good indication of his weight. hes a big chap though and seems a good weight with some meat on his bones for sure.

wax worms are going to be a treat for now and then, i use them for my geckos too. im having trouble finding super/hornworms in the UK.
