how many crickets?

im looking to get a rudis chameleon. so far most of the info was easy to come buy but i still need to know how many crickets an adult rudis chameleon should be offered? im guessing 4-5 1/4 crickets every other day
also might treat it to a meal worm or sow bug weekly.
also will offer them any house fly im able to take alive.
