Hey quick question, how long do you guys leave your female in with the male after breeding, just bred my two nicest veileds they have been together for about an hour and a half and have done their thing like 4 times. usualy i would have taken the female out but i want to do every thing 100% right with these 2. They arent really doing it anymore the male is kind of just following her around and she is still showing receptive colors?

ya this is my third time breeding veileds and ive bed my nosy be's once, i found the panthers easier the veileds are more stubborn

Bump... I took her out as they were no longer mating, male still seemed a bit interested

i left mine in for 5 minutes they mated and she went gravid colors put her back in there and leave her still she starts hissing ans going gravid colors sometimes theyll sleep in the same cage together so leave them and watch closely

I don't think he impregnated her, they have been together for about 24 hours now and she's not showing any Gravid colors or attitude towards him. They have mated probably 4 times but I don't think his junk goes into her :|
