How long do you leave the vegetables with the crickets?

I have some cilantro and carrots in the cricket container for the crickets right now. I was wondering, do most of you just leave the food for about one day, and replace it the next? How long exactly do you leave and replace cricket food? Cilantro doesn't seem to last too long lol.

I use a small amount along with dry gutload and the crickets and worms can eat before it spoils. I would take it out though before it spoils if you put in to much.

I put in what they can eat in 2 days. I feed all the bugs every other day and take out any leftover food and replace with fresh.

think i read a post of you saying this somewhere and been going by that too especially fruit

I have gotten into the habbit of giving the crickets what they will eat in a day and feed them every other day nothing sucks more than picking out mushy gross old fruits and veggies
