How Long Do I Wait?

My female veiled is laying some infertile eggs right now.....how long do i wait till i can mate her with my male......does 3 months sound good is that too soon?

She will likely dictate that.
At least this has been my experience.
My female did not become receptive after laying till about 3 and 1/2 months later.
I think this would be a minimum amount of time to give her a break ... then give her a really long one !!!
Less clutches equals a longer life for her.

thanks brad...your always a great help man i really appreciate it....she started digging and was laying the eggs within like an hour lol she must of been right ready to blow..he he he...shes still in the hole laying tho...i left a light on so she could see her way out.....can chams see in th dark....i always wondered that and never asked....?

I don't think they can see in the dark.
I know people have reported their females falling asleep in the hole at night.

i guess thats what she did than....she spent all day today covering up her trail....shes still smothing the sand over...they work so hard dont they....ill have some nice big silkies and horns waiting for her to get her all hydrated when shes done
