How long do i have to wait to breed after she lays infertile eggs

My chameleon is over a year old. I tried breeding her but she wasnt receptive. She is laying infertile eggs right now. How long should I wait before i try to breed them again. I know they say about 2 to 3 months for fertile eggs. Is that the same "rule" for infertile eggs?
